Returns and Exchanges

Tedhipoonch offers free exchanges for 5 days from the date of delivery of your product.

Didn’t get the right size for your pet? No worries!

To raise an exchange request, follow the instructions below:

• Mention your order ID and send a photograph of the product to support@tedhipoonch.com, clearly mentioning the reason for the exchange.
• The product will be picked up from your doorstep ( at no extra cost to you!) . Please make sure that the product is unused with all tags intact Keep the pick up slip safe with you till your exchange is approved.
• We will either offer you an exchange or store credit after the returned product has passed the quality check at our warehouse.
• Please note, only exchanges upto one time are offered by us. No returns are offered on our products.
• Store credits are valid till 15 days from the date of credit to your account.
• The Exchange delivery timeframe will be 7 Days 
• For wrong and defective products the replacement delivery timeframe will be 7-10 days
• No refund only store credit 
• Store credit will be credited to you within 2 days

In case damaged/soiled items received:

Each product undergoes a quality check before it is packaged and dispatched. In case soiling happens during transit, mail us with the product and package photograph at support@tedhipoonch.com, within 24 hours of delivery.
